Each of our Wealth Bracelets undergoes a dedicated process of handcrafting and consecration by a master to ensure its cultural meaning and uniqueness. The standard production timeline is 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Progress Notifications: Within 1 business day after your order is paid, we will send an "Order Confirmation Notice". Once production is completed and the order is ready for shipment, a "Shipment Alert" (including the tracking number) will be sent separately. You can check the progress via the link in the notification.
2. Cross-Border Shipping Timeline
After the product is produced and shipped, it will be delivered via international logistics services. The standard cross-border shipping timeline is 12-15 business days, covering all core stages of international transportation. Slight delays may occur during peak logistics periods.
3. Logistics Tracking & Delivery Tips
- Logistics Tracking: After shipment, click the tracking number link in the "Shipment Alert" email to be redirected to the official website of the logistics company, where you can check the real-time status of your package.
- Delivery Notes: Please provide an accurate delivery address, contact person, and phone number to avoid package delays or returns caused by incorrect information. Upon delivery, we recommend checking the package’s appearance and the quantity of products on the spot. If there is any damage or missing items, please take photos for verification and contact customer service promptly.

In case of extended timelines due to the following reasons, we will notify you via email/SMS as soon as possible and assist in resolving the issue:
- Production Side: If the master needs to participate in temporary religious ceremonies (resulting in extended production time), we will inform you of the specific timeline in advance.
- Shipping Side: Force majeure factors such as international logistics peak periods (e.g., holidays) and natural disasters.
5. Returns and Refunds
